The Energy Body & its connection to mind and emotions

In this, the modern world, high stress, and competition continually take their toll on the health and self-esteem of every individual on an almost daily basis. Due to negative feedbacks, pressures, and expectations from parents, peers, teachers or bosses each one of us weighs down by depression, anger, grief, fear or anxiety to varying degrees at some point in life. Some of us are able to shrug these off but most of us are pinned down by these negative emotions and beliefs. They inhibit our thoughts and actions in subtle and obvious ways and most of the time restrict our free expressions. This leads to an accumulation of the suppressed feelings of anger, suffocation,  guilt, hatred and many other negative unresolved issues inside of us on a continual basis. And it is observed that if these negative unresolved issues to be precise are carried over by us for a a long period of time, they start showing up physically and come out visible as physical, emotional or mental illness or disease. Over a period of time, this accumulated baggage may trigger cravings or addictions, physiological changes, contributing to stress and stress-induced diseases, low self-esteem & depression and many other physical, mental and emotional discomforts leading to an unfulfilled and suffocating life.
Here is something astonishing to understand and observe that if we are facing any kind of discomfort in our lives - whether it is physical, emotional or mental – most of the times there is a significant emotional cause, the unresolved emotional issue  to be precise, behind that discomfort or disease. And it's a proven fact now after so much research in the field of  the mind-body connection, healing and energy psychology that, until we clear that emotional cause, resolve that emotional issue we will not be able to fully recover or come out of that situation or mental and physical condition. This the discovery led to the shift of focus from the outer symptoms to the root causes of the physical, emotional and mental illness and disease which largely contributes to the imbalance of the energy in the body.

EFT - The Universal Healing Aid

There are various methods for releasing or diluting negative emotions - the unresolved negative issues to be precise -  especially in the field of Energy Healing, which addresses disruptions, congestions or imbalance in the subtle energies in the body.  EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is one of the easiest and proved to be among the most effective ways to address underlying unresolved issues and help us take back control of our life, attract abundance and well-being. EFT is based on the ancient 5000 years old well-established healing method of acupuncture which relies on the fact that energy runs through nerve-like structure throughout the body, called meridians and if we can stimulate the right meridians in the body, we can balance the subtle energies in and heal our own selves. EFT is also called modern acupuncture without needles.
EFT has been used effectively and extensively by common people, healers, sportspersons, professionals, and even medical doctors in many countries and demonstrated success with personal improvements, self-esteem,  performance enhancement, physical and emotional healing in thousands of individuals for the last three decades.
Gary Craig, a Stanford Engineer, is the founder of EFT (short form of emotional freedom techniques) and remembered as giving the world the biggest gift of self-healing.
EFT or ‘tapping’ is best described as similar to Acupuncture but without the needles.  A gentle tapping technique is used on acupressure points located on the head, hands and chest whilst also focusing the mind on a specific issue or problem.
This is said to release any negative emotions that may be causing a disruption in the bodies energy system which could be manifesting itself as either a psychological or physical issue.
This energy system was discovered in Asia thousands of years ago, and it is believed that energy flows through our bodies via meridian pathways.  Occasionally these pathways get blocked and applying pressure or tapping can release these blockages and bring our mind and body back into balance, improving general well being.

Servant Leadership

Servant Leadership

“I truly believe that Servant Leadership has never been more applicable to the world of leadership than it is today. Not only are people looking for a deeper purpose and meaning when they must meet the challenges of today’s changing world; they are also looking for principles and philosophies that actually work. Servant Leadership works. Servant Leadership is about getting people to a higher level by leading people at a higher level. -Ken Blanchard
Leadership is not about leading. It's all about Serving. “The servant-leader is a servant first… It begins with the natural feeling that one wants to serve, to serve first. Then conscious choice brings one to aspire to lead. That person is sharply different from one who is a leader first, perhaps because of the need to assuage an unusual power drive or to acquire material possessions…The leader-first and the servant-first are two extreme types. Between them, there are shadings and blends that are part of the infinite va…

The Four Temperaments

The Four Temperaments!

The Four Types! Why four? Why not forty? or any other number. There are more than four kinds of people, aren't there? Of course, but everyone from the ancients to modern psychologists discovered in understanding the highly diverse nature of personalities and behaviour, we can group them into four basic types of personality. There are lots of personality systems working in the concerned areas of temperament and personality in the world now.  Many of them claim to judge the temperament and personality very accurately and give many pages of detailed reports about the person.  We respect each genuine initiative in the field of temperament and thus decided to give the readers and practitioners the most basic of all temperaments theories, i.e. The Four Temperament Theory.  Here we want to emphasize that these observations give you initial knowledge about the temperament and how one behaves in certain circumstances and we at Know Your True Self® Research Foundation…

Explore the Heart-Centered Co-Active Personal Coaching System

People come to coaching for many different reasons. Some come to find a solution to the challenges they are currently facing, some come for finding clarity in their thought process so that they can move ahead in the right direction, some come for finding peace within and address their stress and anxiety level, some come for discovering their true calling and some come for growth from one level to another among many other different reasons to come for help. But if we see deeply we find the bottom line for people for opting for coaching is Change.
And here I want to emphasize on one of my favorite quotes, presumably from Confucius "If we do not change direction, we are liable to end up where we are headed.". And yes, we all know that the world today is changing at a fast pace and if we need to stay relevant, to grow, to thrive we need to change with the pace.

A personal coach becomes a catalyst in our journey through this change. After observing, experiencing and having hands…
